Rise/Fall Bet Type

Use this to bet that a particular market will Rise/Fall Above/Below the current spot price at the end of a specified period of time.  This video and detailed explanation of the Rise/Fall Bet Type provides further information.

Rise – This bet will win if a specified market closes above the current spot price at the end of a specified period of time – This can be anywhere from 30 seconds to 365 days.

Fall – This bet will win if a specified market closes below the current spot price at the end of a specified period of time – This can be anywhere from 30 seconds to 365 days.

Trading Idea

You may wish to use this Bet type when you believe a market is too high.  Say the FTSE has just made a new 12 month high and your favorite technical indicator, e.g. Stochastic, is telling you it is way overbought.  You could bet that the FTSE will Fall in the next 3 or 4 weeks for an 80%+ return.
