Higher/Lower Bet Type

Similar to the Rise/Fall only this bet is used to bet that a particular market will finish Higher/Lower than a specified price at the end of a specified period of time.  This video and detailed explanation of the Higher/Lower Bet Type provides further information.

Higher – This bet will win if the specified market closes above a specified price at the end of a specified period of time – This can be anywhere from 5 minutes to 365 days.

Lower – This bet will win if the specified market closes below a specified price at the end of a specified period of time – This can be anywhere from 5 minutes to 365 days.

Trading Idea

You may wish to use this Bet type after a breakout.  Say Cable (GBPUSD) has just broken out of a 4 month range and you believe that the previous resistance level will now provide support.  You could bet that Cable will be Higher than that resistance level in a couple of weeks time for a 50%+ return.
