3.         Subscription And Cancellation

3.1. If the SMS service is subscribed to, subscriptions will be billed monthly in advance and are payable via Paypal functionality only.

3.2. You will be responsible for payment of any tax that may be applicable in your country with respect to subscription, services or profits made by you. VAT applicable in United Kingdom is included.

3.3. You have the right to cancel your SMS subscription or membership at any time. If you cancel your SMS subscription you will continue to receive the service for the remainder of your subscription period. You will however not be entitled for refund of your subscription fee.

3.4. You are responsible for cancelling any SMS subscription via Paypal functionality.

3.5 Cancellation of membership (email services) functionality is included in all signals we issue.  Cancellation via this option will be instant and no more correspondance, via email, will be issued to you.

3.6. We reserve the right to cancel your subscription or membership at any time without notice if we believe that the identification provided by you is incorrect or that you have breached any or all of the terms and conditions of this subscription. You will not be entitled to any refund of any subscription payments in such an event.


4.         Limitation Of Liability

We do not claim to offer you the best and error free services during your subscription period. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you as a result of using our services, including but not limited to the following

4.1. use of or inability to use our website;

4.2. use of any other website which is hyperlinked to our website;

4.3. failure of our website to perform in the manner you expected or desire;

4.4. error, omission or defect (including computer viruses) in our website;

4.5. interruption in the availability or delay in operation or transmission of our website;

These terms and conditions of subscription will be interpreted according to the Laws of Scotland and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
